Job Summary: The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new markets and customer needs.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, presenting the company’s products/services in a compelling manner.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business to secure profitable deals that align with company objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, providing insights into market conditions, sales performance, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales activities.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams, contributing to product/service improvements.
- After-Sales Support: Ensure that clients receive exceptional after-sales service, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining ongoing communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within [relevant industry]. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
